High Quality Material Low Quality Service

I purchased the Witcher themed chest and shoulder piece. Overall quality of the materials is good but there are some issues.

The two halves of the chest armor don't fit together properly, the length of the straps that buckle the front are woefully short and the ends that tie together under the armpit don't line up well (one end is curved up inward while the other end is straight). I paid for the "slightly battle damaged" extra, a bit disappointed that it was only 5 small scratches on the armor. The leather has been dyed but it is very splotchy and not uniformed, some areas are darker and others have streaks.

Shipping was a big hassle. Albeit some of those issues are out of Foxes and Ravens control (tariff and trade issues with the US). When I contacted them when shipping issues arose, I was extremely disappointed in the lack assistance. Order was stuck at "label information submitted" for 11 business days when I had a conformation email that my order was shipped two weeks prior. I could see on the tracking history that the label was made but the shipper didn't actually get the package till two weeks after the fact, I reached out to see if there was any issue and got no response back, ever. My package was then on hold for about a week and I reached out to ask what the issue was and how to resolve it. I was essentially told that they had the same info as me and didn't know anything. I eventually got the issue handled myself and ended up having to pay an almost $40 fee. Foxes and Ravens offered to give me store credit towards another purchase for the amount of the extra fee I had to pay.

Overall I was left with a quality piece of armor that I couldn't use due to issues with how it fits and a slightly smaller bank account.

Hello Daniel, please check your emails, we would be happy to adress the issues with your order!
