This is the pattern I use to make my Birka Shoulder Bag (so called because it's just like the Birka Pouch, but reimagined as a shoulder bag).

Recommended Materials:
- Between 6 and 9 oz veg tan leather (I use Oakleaf veg tan leather from tandyleather.com)
- Two D-Rings (5/8")
- Double capped Rivets
- Waxed thread
Recommended Tools:
- Pencil
- X-Acto Knife
- Edge beveler
- Scratch Awl
- Blunt needles (I suggest harness needles)
- Easy Riveter Kit
- Hammer
