This is the pattern I use to make my Archery Bracer.
This is only the printable pattern, no instructions; for a visual demonstration, watch my video:

The strap outline is only an example, you'll need to make three straps of different lengths according to the size of your forearm.

The pattern fits onto regular letter size paper.

Recommended Materials:
- 6-9 oz veg tan leather for the top protection (I use Oakleaf veg tan leather from
- 2-4 oz soft leather for the main body (chrome or veg tan)
- 2-4 oz veg tan leather for the straps
- 3/8" Strap buckles (I use the "strap buckles" from
- Waxed thread
- Rivets (I prefer to use medium sized rapid rivets or douple-cap rivets from, but it depends on the thickness of your leather)

Recommended Tools:
- An x-acto knife or other sharp, precise knife, or heavy duty scissors
- Hole punches for leather
- A scratch awl (a straight awl)
- An edge bevel tool
- Waxed
- Rivet setter set (a small concave "anvil" and a metal post with a concave end, called the setter)
