Politique d'expédition

Since our items are handmade, on a made-to-order basis, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for us to make your order.

Depending on which shipping option you use, it can take 1-2 weeks for shipping, and sometimes 3-4 weeks depending on where you live. Due to COVID, all shipping is taking longer than usual.

We use Canada Post or US Postal Services for our shipping. If you need to use another shipping service, please contact us at fox@foxesandravens.com

All of our packaging is compostable or recyclable (including the tape)! We care a lot about the planet, and believe biodegradability is a wonderful feature of our products and packaging. We encourage you to compost or recycle our mailers once you've removed your items.
