IMPORTANT NOTE: Most of our items are personalized or custom items, and are therefore NOT returnable (particularly our items with custom tooled or painted designs). However, if you have a serious problem with your item, we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your experience with our boutique. Issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at

For the few items that are eligible for returns, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and if it's a leather care good, such as beeswax bars, it must be untouched and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at fox@foxesandravens.com. If your return is accepted, the shipping is at your own expense. However, if there is an issue with your item, we're happy to figure out a solution for you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including custom tooled or painted items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Exchanges are the same as returns: we cannot accept exchanges of customized items. For non-custom items you would like to exchange, please contact us at 

foxesandravens.shop@gmail.com, and we can start processing your exchange. First we ask that you send back the original item, then we will issue you a coupon for your next purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
