Here is the pattern we use for our Clavicle Vest, also referred to as a Bolero. There are options for different chest sizes, which can go from roughly 28 inches to 34 inches, and more with the laces.
Make sure you print them at their original or 100% size. It should fit on US Letter paper or A4 paper.
